Stick and Puck are hockey development sessions where players are given an opportunity to work on their skills. Each session is 50 minutes in length, and are open to players of all ages. Coaches are allowed to join their players on the ice for these sessions, for one on one instruction, or for small group development. All players must wear full equipment, and coaches must wear at minimum a track suit, gloves and a HECC approved helmet.
Scrimmages (pick up games) are not permitted at any Stick & Puck sessions, as these are strictly for skill development. Space is limited to 20 participants for all sessions, so be sure to arrive early.
