Premier Event Offers Unparalleled Development and Exposure for Aspiring Collegiate Players This weekend, Rochester will be a central hub for elite female hockey development as Premier Ice Prospects (PIP) hosts the prestigious 585 PIP Showcase from June 6-9 at the Tim Horton's Iceplex. The event is designed to provide 216 of the nation’s most promising young female hockey players (2008-2010 birth years) with a unique platform to develop their skills under the direct tutelage of NCAA Division 1 coaches and gain crucial exposure to collegiate scouts.
The 585 PIP Showcase emphasizes both intensive skill development and significant recruiting opportunities. Participants from across the U.S. will be placed on teams with fellow elite athletes, engaging in a highly competitive and instructive environment. Throughout the weekend, a rotating roster of NCAA coaches will lead on-ice sessions, ensuring each player receives diverse coaching perspectives and direct interaction with staff from numerous programs. A strong contingent of collegiate programs will be present. Coaches from 24 NCAA Division 1 programs are actively involved in player instruction, with representatives from over 40 NCAA Division 1 and Division 3 programs expected to be in attendance for scouting purposes.
